奠基 Ground-breaking ceremony
加國五台山工程於2011年5月奠基開工。工程一啟動，就得到了加中兩國政府和民間的高度讚揚，特別是各方善信的慷慨捐助，因此工程進展順利。工程有各種項目種類，是由加拿大本地和海外多家公司參與完成的。
May 28 2011 – Ground-breaking ceremony took place. The construction work was provided by crews from Canada and China, with support from both the Canadian government and the Chinese government.
澆築大殿地基 Main Hall Foundation
奠基後, 與兩個加拿大公司合作進行修路，澆築大殿地基等工程。
After ground-breaking ceremony, two Canadian construction companies started work on the main access roads, and the foundation of the Main Buddha Hall.
